This bilateral youth exchange brought together young people from Romania and Moldova to overcome public speaking anxiety and build leadership skills. Through non-formal learning activities, participants developed confidence, mastered effective communication techniques, and embraced the importance of body language and gestures. By encouraging friendship and mutual support, the project prepared them to take on future societal roles and make a positive impact in their communities.
This youth exchange empowered youth from Romania and Moldova to overcome public speaking fears and develop leadership skills. Through non-formal activities on communication, body language, and resilience, participants gained confidence and tools to succeed as impactful leaders in society.
1.To train young leaders in effective speech delivery, body language, and audience engagement for confident communication.
2.To create opportunities for participants from diverse backgrounds to practice public speaking and build intercultural communication skills.
3.To organize events where participants can apply public speaking in leadership contexts, enhancing critical thinking and persuasion abilities.
The project united 55 participants aged between 16-19, encouraging collaboration and growth among youth from Romania and Moldova.

The workshops will utilize non-formal education methods, focusing on interactive and engaging activities to develop public speaking and leadership skills. Participants will collaborate in creating flipcharts, encouraging creativity and visual thinking to organize and present ideas effectively. Activities will include role-playing, group discussions, and improvisation exercises, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment where participants can practice and refine their public speaking abilities while enhancing teamwork and leadership potential.
The play depicted young leaders overcoming stage fright and communication challenges, showcasing their journey to confidence and the power of authentic self-expression in leadership.
Mini Transylvania Park is a unique multicultural theme park located in Băile Szejke, near Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania. Spanning 8,000 square meters, it features over 120 miniature replicas of significant Transylvanian buildings, including UNESCO World Heritage sites and national monuments such as monasteries, castles, and fortified churches.
Intercultural evenings are dynamic events where participants from different countries showcase their cultures through music, dance, cuisine, and traditions. These evenings promote mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and the values of diversity and inclusion, creating a vibrant atmosphere for learning and building connections among young people and project participants.
A workshop for the National Anti-Drug Agency is an interactive session designed to raise awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and promote prevention strategies.
Disseminations
A dissemination and exploitation of results plan is a strategic outline that details how the results of a project will be shared with stakeholders and the general public, and how these results will be applied or utilized in practical settings to maximize their impact.
Dissemination workshops were hosted at Liceul „Marin Preda” in Romania on 13.11.2024 and 14.11.2024. During these sessions, participants highlighted the project's activities and shared key results, emphasizing its impact and achievements. The interactive format allowed attendees to engage with the content, exchange valuable ideas, and inspire further collaboration.
Between 11-13.11.2024, Liceul cu Program Sportiv Roman hosted multiple dissemination presentations showcasing the project's progress and achievements. These sessions offered a dynamic space for participants to share insights, discuss impactful outcomes, and engage in meaningful dialogue. The presentations highlighted the importance of collaboration and inspired the audience to explore new opportunities for involvement. The event successfully strengthened community ties and celebrated the project’s contributions to the local educational landscape.
On 13-14.11.2024, Liceul „Vasile Alecsandri” in the Republic of Moldova hosted a series of dissemination events that highlighted the project's objectives and successes. Participants shared meaningful experiences, presented key activities, and reflected on the project's impact within the community. The engaging sessions encouraged collaboration, inspired new ideas, and emphasized the value of collective efforts in achieving shared goals. These events served as a catalyst for further involvement and strengthened the project's outreach in the region.
On 14.11.2024, two outstanding volunteers delivered engaging dissemination presentations at a school in Bucharest. Their efforts showcased the project's activities, highlighted significant achievements, and inspired participants with their energy and dedication. Through their presentations, they fostered meaningful discussions, encouraged collaboration, and left a lasting impression on the audience. The event was a testament to the power of volunteerism in driving impactful initiatives and strengthening community connections.
