We saw the need for a space where meaningful youth projects could take shape. At the same time, we had the drive to take action, fueled by all the experiences and activities we’d already been part of.
So in March 2017, we brought those two things together and started something real—a youth-led organization focused on helping young people, especially those from minority backgrounds or with fewer opportunities, grow both personally and professionally.
We believed then, and still do today, that every young person deserves the chance to shine.

Youth Exchanges
Youth Exchanges bring together young people from different countries to learn, share experiences, and explore new cultures—usually through fun, hands-on activities like workshops, games, and group projects. It’s all about learning by doing, making new friends, and growing together in a safe, inclusive space.
Training Courses
Training Courses
Training Courses are designed for youth workers to develop skills, exchange best practices, and gain new tools in a supportive international setting. They combine learning, networking, and professional growth.
