The first transnational meeting had the goal of creating a synergy between the project team members from each organisation and creating a framework for the upcoming 6 months. We addressed the administrative aspects that needed to be known by all the partners, and we discussed the forthcoming step in increasing the project's visibility. Also, we discussed the budget, established the methods of allocating, and made the eligible expenses for each partner clear.
In the second transnational meeting, we evaluated the activities carried out until the respective moment. We evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively the usefulness of the brochure, and the results of the live events (increased interest of target groups, set the basis for future collaborations). In addition, we assessed how the communication between partners and stakeholders went and the areas to be improved.
The third transnational project meeting evaluated the project video, the online promotional strategy and the responses received from the target groups. According to the evaluation results, further measures and activities suffered adjustments. During this meeting, we established the strategy to contact relevant stakeholders (decision-makers, sport practitioners, sports organisations across the EU) to present the project and a proposal to engage in future promotional activities of batball TSG. At the same time, was evaluated the overall implementation of the project up until that moment. During this transnational meeting, we set up the framework and the strategy for our DEOR plan.
The role of the last transnational project meeting was to evaluate the overall project's implementation with a particular focus on the evaluation of the dissemination strategy and exploitation of the results. We assessed the efficiency of meetings and discussions with the decision-makers in order to set up the basis of an EU structure that aims to promote battball TSG, and the online and offline dissemination campaigns.
